Well it has certainly been a long time between drinks – or newsletters – for us at La Maison Pacifique.  Finally we have some good news for you all!

Although we closed La Maison Pacifique as a luxury holiday rental to guests, the great news is we have a new offering for you – La Petit Unite!

Offering the same unrivalled design choices by local Di Hendy of Di for Interior Designs, La Petit Unite is the perfect romantic couples getaway.  Located within the iconic Santai Resort in Casuarina NSW, La Petit Unite is now available for booking.

There is always plenty to see and do locally, so follow us on instagram (@lapeitiunite) or facebook (@lapetitunite) for your regular updates on what’s on in our region (including local events and markets), travel tips, introductions to our friends (who have amazing places to stay) and the latest La Petit Unite news.

Introducing Daniel and Aimee of Uholiday

As you know, we like to keep things local, so have selected UHoliday to manage La Petit Unite.  Uholiday are a new boutique ‘holiday hosting’ company, locally owned and managed in Casuarina by husband and wife team Daniel and Aimee. Don’t be fooled by the word ‘new’. Yes, uHoliday is a new company, but they are not new to the industry.

Daniel has 20+ years of experience owning and managing tourist accommodation in award-winning resorts and holiday parks across Australia and New Zealand.

Aimee has built her career in real estate, marketing and events.

As a team, Daniel and Aimee believe they can offer a unique experience for holiday-makers, together with a professional, hassle-free experience for our property owners. Sounds perfect to us!  We hope you enjoy booking with them.

Welcome to the Tweed Coast

Casuarina Village is located just south of Kingscliff, NSW and is a short 30 minute drive to Byron Bay.  Easily accessible from Brisbane (90 minutes by car), the Gold Coast Airport (20 minutes away), there is so much to see and do – whether it be visiting from June – September to watch the whales annual migration, surf the beaches from Kingscliff to Byron Bay or to ride your bikes along the Northern Rivers Rail Trail.  Foodies will be especially impressed with the plethora of local cafes and restaurants – everything from Paper Daisy at the luxury Halcyon House in Cabarita Beach, the Eltham Pub in the hills and the iconic Sheoak Shack Gallery Cafe on the Tweed River.

Whale Watching Season starts in June

If you are interested in whale watching Northern NSW, then come and join us here at La Petit Unite!
